CHRISTMAS is almost here and it is the final push for our toy appeal.
The Warrington Guardian has teamed up with BiG Storage to provide toys to children in the town who would otherwise miss out.
And while many toys have already been distributed, charities will be collecting up to Christmas Eve so there is still time to make a donation.
The amazing charities which the Warrington Guardian and BiG Storage are supporting this year include: NSPCC Warrington, The Children Adventure Farm Trust and JUMP.
Paul Whittaker, toy appeal co-ordinator, said: “Christmas is now right around the corner and post Movember our sights are firmly on beating last year’s toy record, however this can only be done with the support of Express readers, so while out getting those few last presents I hope the people of Warrington will pick up that extra present or two for the children who need it most this Christmas.”
Toys can be dropped off at Warrington BiG Storage Branch, 73 Manchester Road, Woolston.
It opens Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturday from 9am to 4pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm. Gifts can also be handed in at RTL Recycle Technology Ltd. 12c Warrington Central Trading Estate, Bewsey Road.
