A SOLUTION is being sought to prevent buses and HGVs churning up grass verges in Locking Stumps Lane.
Birchwood Town Council has been handling complaints from residents and has passed on their concerns to Warrington Borough Council’s highways department to investigate.
A spokesman for Warrington Borough Council said: “The council has been in discussions with the town council about this and we are currently looking into the options available to resolve it.
“While this is ongoing the council is regularly checking and maintaining the verge.”
