A NEW housing development in Latchford is offering wouldbe buyers a chance to buy a new home sooner than they thought with a new Government initiative.
Morris Homes’ Edgewater Park, on Thelwall Lane, is running Help to Buy – a Government scheme – which offers properties with a five per cent deposit.
