ROAST COD, CLAMS AND STROZAPRETI PASTA
Ingredients
4 x 180 gram cod loin fillets
200g x strozapretti pasta (or any other fresh pasta)
200g x clams 200ml x tomato passata – tomato pulp sauce
1 glass of white wine
2 x garlic cloves
1 x red chilli
25g chopped parsley
Method
- Roast cod in the oven at 180c for nine minutes
- Steam clams in white wine and chopped garlic and chilli for two minutes
- Add passata, parsley and pre-cooked pasta
- Season and add dash of olive oil
- Place
