IS Walton Gardens becoming a victim of its own success?
I went at the weekend and the place was packed.
You could hardly get a parking space, the play area was packed and there were people and dogs everywhere.
Hardly the sanctum of peace and quiet you would expect from woodland and gardens.
I guess there is no real way to regulate the number of visitors.
But I for one will not be rushing to head back there anytime soon when there is so much more space and quiet during the week.
It is wonderful to see it be used, but less wonderful when dogs are in the play area and fouling all over the paths.
