A NEW yoga with alpacas experience is heading to Cumbria this September.
Barrow-based Lightbird Yoga Studio is offering Cumbria’s first 'Yoga with Alpacas’ experience in Ulverston.
As reported in our sister title The Mail, attendees can walk, talk and perform yoga with the animals.
The event is taking place at Low Sunbrick Farm on Birkrigg common, near Ulverston.
After the yoga, the owner of Low Sunbrick Farm and local chef Sarah Saunders, will then serve a Sunday roast with a twist.
The meal will feature locally-sourced salmon roasted on spits, while dessert will feature the renowned locally-made ice-cream, from neighbouring ice-cream farm, the Cumbrian Cow.
The event is taking place on Sunday September 1 and Saturday September 7 from 9.30am until 1.30pm.
The cost of these events is £35. To book, call Rachel Lightbird on 07722735218.
