Managing an existing Digital Subscription
How do I cancel my digital subscription?
If you're looking to cancel and you have a MONTHLY digital subscription, you can manage your subscription online: -
- Ensure you are logged in and visit My Account, click My Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel, and click Cancel from the options menu.

How do I upgrade/change my digital subscription?
If you're looking to either change your subscription to a new package, or change your renewal period (monthly to annual, or annual to monthly), please either: -

Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately it is not currently possible to pause your subscription.
I am a digital subscriber, but I am being asked to subscribe?
Your subscription gives you full access to unlimited, unrestricted articles. If you are being asked to subscribe when trying to access articles, puzzles, or any other subscriber benefit...
- Ensure you are logged in. If you are not, please login. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgotten Password.
- Please also ensure that you are signed in to an account using the same email address as the one you used when you purchased your subscription
- If you are logged in, go My Account, click on the Subscriptions tab, and check that you have a subscription and that it is current (and not lapsed)
How do I update my credit card details?
To quickly and easily update your credit card details...
- Go to My Account (and log in if prompted)
- Go to the 'Subscriptions' tab/section
- Select the Manage button next to your account and choose 'Update renewal payment method'
- Select 'Add new' and choose your new method of payment

As a subscriber, you get access to to a full replica of the printed paper. You can access each edition in the The Warrington Guardian app or online via the Digital Edition section of this website.
