FRANCIS GERARD CRAWLEY Widower of the late Jean, passed away peacefully on the 22nd February aged 90. Frank was a well known and respected businessman as a Director at Crosfields for many years, a talented sportsman (especially Cricket and Badminton and, in later years, Golf) and a true family man, constantly supporting his three sons Mark, Peter and John in their education, careers and sporting endeavours. A generous and charitable man he is missed by his wide circle of relatives and friends. The Funeral Mass was held at his church, St Monica's, in Appleton on the 17th March and his ashes interred with his beloved wife at Walton Lea crematorium. A special Cricket Memorial match to celebrate his life will be held on Sunday 22nd August at Warrington Sports Club where he was a past Chairman and President.
