THOMAS BERNARD "Tommy" FARRINGTON Friday, October 7th, 1938 - Monday, May 20th, 2019 Peacefully at home in Grimsby, Canada with his family by his side at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Maureen Farrington, father of David Farrington and Jacqueline Walton. Cherished grandfather of Melissa, Joseph, Ainsley and Thomas. Tommy is survived by his sister Maria Knight (Albert) of Warrington, his niece Jane and nephew Stephen. Tommy was an avid golfer who played over 10 million yards with his family and many friends at Riverview Golf Club. In 2017 he celebrated having lived in Canada for 50 years but always enjoyed his many trips back to Warrington. As per Tommy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of his Life was held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Grimsby on Saturday, June 1, 2019. He will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends in the United Kingdom.
