JOHN HAYES (JACK) Passed away peacefully at Warrington Hospital on Monday 29th April aged 86, with his sons Peter, Michael and Stephen at his side. Jack spent some 44 years of his working life at the Tetley Walker Brewery in Warrington. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. His funeral service will take place at the Church of Ascension, Woolston at 11:00am followed by cremation at 12.20 at Walton Lea. Family flowers only please.
