STELLA MARIE MOORE Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 11th November 2018, aged 72 years. A devoted mum, a loving grandma to Antonia, Kane, Tom, Liam, Shannon, Molly, Charlie Lucy & Holly and a treasured great grandma to Harley & Paiton. A celebration of Stella's life will take place at 12.20pm on Friday 30th November 2018 at Walton Lea Crematorium Chapel followed by interment at Fox Covert Cemetery.
