FIREFIGHTERS attended a HGV fire at Lymm services in the early hours of this morning, Wednesday.
At 3.10am, crews from Lymm and Stockton Heath were called to the fire on Cliff Lane.
Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used two hose reel jets to put out the fire.
They checked the vehicle using a thermal imaging camera and found the fire had been caused by overheated brakes which set fire to wood and electrical items.
Crews were at the scene for an hour and 20 minutes.
