THERE is one problem in Warrington which seemingly never disappears.
I have seen other readers write on the same subject – dog poo on pavements.
It is everywhere on the streets near me. You can barely walk 200 yards without trying to dodge it.
I can spot it, but what about young children or old people? It is disgusting and a health hazard.
If people cannot look after their dogs properly, then they should not be allowed to keep them.
I say it is time to bring back the dog licence, and if people are caught letting their pet foul on the pavement, then take the licence away and seize the dog.
