Rubbish dumped down the side of Pyramid Arts Centre in the town centre
I REFER to your article regarding anti-social behaviour and litter problems around Pyramid Arts Centre in the town centre.
The suggestion is to install metal fencing. How can this cure the problem I ask?
If it is open-style fencing, then surely the culprits would just throw the rubbish over the fence to cause the situation we have now?
A bit more lateral thinking is required on this.
