FORTY five years ago I moved to work and live in Warrington from Chester where I lived.
Warrington town centre has declined in appeal and appearance in the last 20 years.
Even with the new builds in Time Square the place is still drab dreary and miserable.
You walk round Chester the city is vibrant and appealing.
To my critics who will say well move back to Chester?
Simple answer I have no ties in Chester now both my parents have passed away.
