LETTER: Concerned by the number of cyclists who don't have lights on their bikes
AS a daily cyclist with all relevant safety equipment, I find it very frustrating how many other cyclists don’t have lights on their bikes.
I seem to remember as a child on a bike that if we had no lights, the police used to stop us and make us walk.
Why does this not happen anymore?
