I REFER to the letter from another Warrington Guardian reader regarding the damp squib of Christmas markets organised by Warrington Borough Council (December 9).
The whole town centre Christmas decorations are pathetic.
Poorly illuminated and the lights on the sparse Christmas tree are barely suitable for a domestic Christmas tree.
WBC will state we can’t afford a grand display.
No because you’ve misspent and squandered our council tax on investments like Redwood Bank and Total Energy.
Together with trying to hide the accounts from the public.
The Labour arm of WBC are a pathetic excuse of a local government and deserve to be ousted at the earliest opportunity.
