I WISH to thank the teams on the intensive care unit at Warrington Hospital, headed by Dr Forrest, for caring for my wife, Cathy recently.
I would most specifically like to thank the two Rebeccas and Martha.
You are all amazing people and you could not have been more dedicated to the work that you did for Cathy.
It was all done with the utmost skill and compassion as well.
This compassion was extended to myself and was a real comfort during a difficult time.
You made me feel as though I was a family member of your own.
I know that my children are grateful to you for this also.
I would also like to thank the staff on wards B18 and B19.
In addition to the medical treatment that you gave to Cathy, your hard work and commitment to all of your patients was evident.
You kept me fully informed but were caring, sensitive and compassionate.
Thank you to you all. You are all amazing people.
