LETTER: 'Would moaning Warringtonians rather go and live in abandoned St Helens?'
THERE were the usual moaners over the Tour of Britain.
Won’t there be traffic chaos, why is the council wasting its money, why is it on at that time in a week?
Yet thousands and thousands of fans were out on the street to cheer the riders on.
It was a brilliant atmosphere where we were.
What I ask is what people want?
Would they rather live in St Helens say, which looks abandoned and nothing goes on.
Cheer up.
