ON the afternoon of Monday, July 26, I went to Bank Quay Station to purchase rail tickets for travel to Euston Station, London.
The young lady in the ticket office, I think her name was Leanne, could not have been more helpful, even suggesting the appropriate time train I needed.
It was a pleasure to be served by such a pleasant and polite person.
