LETTER: 'Horrified' by state of historic building in Warrington town centre
I OBSERVE the former art school in Museum Street with something close to horror in 2021.
This venerable building, founded in 1853, is now destined to become yet more flats for a ‘forward-looking town’.
The original founders must be turning in their graves.
