I AM glad that the new park is now open on the old Burtonwood Airbase site.
But I find that the view of Manchester is hardly a sight worth stating.
I’m surprised that they could see anything with all those big boxes being built all around them.
In the good old days before junction eight was built, on a fine day I could see Carnedd Llywelyn, the second highest mountain in Wales.
Now that was a sight.
