ANYONE visiting the Forge car park in Stockton Heath will side with me when I pass comment on the numerous potholes and uneven surfaces we have to navigate to do our shopping.
There has been an attempt to repair some of the ground, but the main area still remains a trip hazard and adds wear and tear on our tyres.
Why then, given the car park is relatively free of traffic at the moment, haven’t the owners taken this opportunity to complete the repairs as they’ve promised in the past?
We pay good money for the privilege of spending our hard earned money in the village and we get nothing in return.
Surely this is an opportunity not to be missed, unless they can come up with some half-baked reason why they can’t do it.
