WE had our first family visit to Walton Hall Gardens since lockdown began over the weekend.
I was extremely disappointed at the state of some of the apparatus.
Ropes were threadbare in climbing nets and the false grass on the ‘mounds’ shredded and downright dangerous.
Could this not have been fixed during lockdown?
Who is responsible for the upkeep and how can we pressure them to fix these issues urgently?
Awareness needs to be raised, again south Warrington has so few good facilities for our children so the deterioration of this local delight is so disappointing.
