WHEN we hear so many heart-warming stories in these difficult times, it saddens me when some moron sprayed cars with black paint in Latchford village and Thelwall New Road on Saturday night.
What poor excuse for a human being would do such a thing?
Causing distress to people already coping with very hard times.
