OUR food does not come from China.
Most of the food consumed in the UK comes from Europe, and from the ex-colonies, like South Africa, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand.
I checked a few toilet rolls in Aldi, and they are made in the UK.
So why the panic?
Perhaps people heard of the shortage of toilet rolls in Venezuela.
The UK is not Venezuela, our Prime Minister is not Maduro, our economic system is not communism.
Venezuela is in another continent, South America, 4,664 miles or 7,462km away.
Perhaps people experienced shortages in other countries, but again, the UK is neither in Eastern Europe, nor in Asia.
As they say in the classics, ‘no worries’.
