LETTER: Dismayed
CAN I, through your letters column, express my dismay that Wire FM are no longer broadcasting live coverage of the Warrington Wolves rugby league games.
For so many fans – those who live away, for the elderly and infirm, or those who don’t have Sky (my daughter listened to it when on holiday in the Canaries) – this is the only way they can access games.
It was a most entertaining way to spend 80 minutes and enabled fans to keep up to speed with and support one of the greatest assets of our town.
