LETTER: Memories
IN reference to the query about the Blue Back pub (Warrington Guardian, January 24).
If you stood with your back to The Potato Market, on your right was the fire station, on your left was The Blue Back which stood on the corner of Allen Street.
Facing the back of the market to the right was The Crown.
Both pubs were Walkers Ales and I might add The Crown had indoor games, long before pool came along.
