LETTER: Pub memories THE lady asking about the pub was correct; it was the Blue Back (Warrington Guardian, January 16).
The one directly opposite the fire station was the Crown, landlord Mr Rotherham was my granddad.
When he retired his son Joe took over with his wife Hilda. My dad also helped out.
