LETTER: 'The town's wonderful bus drivers are always helpful to me as a pensioner'
I WOULD like to right in reply to a letter about Warrington’s Own Buses (Warrington Guardian, December 5).
I have to say I completely disagree with the author.
In my experience, as a pensioner, the bus drivers are always helpful.
They wait and watch until I am seated before they drive off.
And 95 per cent of them are always happy to have a chat and a laugh with us when we get on.
I am sure there are one or two who are not great, that happens in all walks of life.
But I think the drivers are wonderful.
