WE attend Lymm High School but live in Thelwall and therefore commute back and from school via Warrington’s Own Buses.

We pay a substantial amount of money which is £420 every year to receive the service.

We are deeply disappointed with the service; on Tuesday, November 19 we had been waiting for the bus to arrive at 7.45am which is a school bus.

The bus didn’t show and we were waiting in freezing conditions for more than an hour.

It’s not the first time this has occurred. We demand change.

We do not expect to be treated with such disregard.

1. Make the bus service reliable.

2. We need more frequent buses.

3. Better communication with the customers eg traffic updates, bus tracker so we can see where it is and how long away it is.

This is not an individual, we feel like this as a community.
