REGARDING the letter in last week’s Warrington Guardian, Called Out, we thank Ann Haddow for bringing to our attention the issues she is experiencing with our text reminder correspondence system and are working with the company to ensure that patients who have provided their mobile numbers for appointment reminder service will be informed of which appointment, the text will include the location and specialty.

We hope to go live with this change soon. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused. The Trust remains committed to learning and improving our services.
