I AM concerned about Warrington Hospital’s special phone system contacting patients to see if they are going to attend consultation and outpatient appointments.

This is a good idea but it seems to be going wrong, the main thing as I see it is that the message does not say which appointment they are asking about, which leaves patients who have several different appointments with a dilemma.

This causes difficulties because they then have to find out which appointment is being enquired about, which means additional costs for the caller. Is this the idea or am I being too cynical. You decide.
