I READ the article on the cancellation of the English Half Marathon event.
However I would like to dispute the claims that ‘runners have been informed organisers need to speak to the ticket registration platforms about refunds’.
I have had no email, or any other form of contact, since Thursday, September 12, in which they said: “A final decision will be made and communicated to you next week along with all the options open to you.”
I shouldn’t need to read about what happens next from a newspaper.
This company has gone to ground and is not communicating with its customers.
Which is why I have instructed my bank to investigate the transaction.
