ON numerous occasions our son has booked a taxi through Abba cars in Warrington.

If they cannot provide a service when you have booked more than six hours in advance, why do they take the booking?

It’s about time these companies are named and shamed before someone is not picked up and something serious occurs.

These companies have phones installed in Sainsbury’s supermarkets and still are unable to pick people up when they say they will.

It’s wrong for them to take your bookings when they know they won’t be there.

I am absolutely sick of the worry when promises are broken.
