ON Saturday, May 18, I was walking up Wilson Pattern Street around 9.30pm when my legs started to give me problems.
I stopped and sat on a wall until I felt ok to carry on.
While I was resting two people stopped to see if I was alright, they were a man and woman in their 20s and I would like to thank them, they were true Samaritans.
Also I would like to thank the two policemen who came to see if I needed help.
I said: “I’m ok and will just get going.”
But they replied: “No you won’t, get in the car, we’ll give you’re a lift home.”
They are a credit to Cheshire Police.
