IN reply to Jeff Kay’s letter re parking and discrimination between the north and south of Warrington (Warrington Guardian, May 23). Roads marked ‘no access, residents only’ are usually roads that are used as short cuts by inconsiderate drivers.
He should try living near a school and nursery, then he would know what not being able to park outside your own house means.
In term time it is virtually impossible to park outside during school run time.
Finally his point about households having more than one car is not confined to either the north or the south.
This is universal across the borough.
