THE driver with the British Heart Foundation collects donations and takes them to the shop on Buttermarket Street.
While unloading his van he has received a parking ticket.
Can someone suggest a way of unloading a van without stopping?
When someone becomes a traffic warden, is their brain re-programmed and the common sense gene, if there is one, removed?
Do they go out on to the streets repeating to themselves the mantra, Dalek like, ‘Rules are rules, they must be obeyed’?
I wonder about folk sometimes.
