WHILE supporting a disabled person we called at the Subway sandwich shop at Latchford.
The car park was full with one disabled space free.
I noticed a car pulling into the space without disabled stickers to which I beeped and said to the lady ‘can we have the disabled space please’ (while pointing at my blue badge).
To which she opened her window fully to say ‘I can park where I want, I own the building’.
This absolutely disgusted both myself and the disabled person I was supporting that someone could be so low to take a disabled space in this manner. We then had to leave and drive to Woolston subway.
I hope you can name and shame the building owner where Latchford Subway is based as this behaviour is disgusting and there we were thinking Warrington was disabled friendly.
We will never use the facilities at that business centre ever again.

The Warrington Guardian would like to point out that Subway does not own the parking at the centre.
