I WOULD like to express my dissatisfaction with the amount of small buses that travel down Old Liverpool Road routes at peak times. So many times I have been unable to get on the bus due to lack of room for myself and my son in his pram, sometimes even missing three buses in a row.
It seems WBT has missed the fact the bus route runs past the new Saxon Park estate and some on the Chapelford estate but for some unknown reason most of the buses seem to be the smaller ones.
Maybe if they used full size buses between 4.30pm and 6pm it would solve the problem. Parents cannot get their prams on the bus as the bus drivers are only meant to allow one pram at a time.
I hope that WBT take on board what I have said and rectify the problem.
