WARRINGTON Wolves head coach Sam Burgess has confirmed the 21 players he will choose from for Saturday's do-or-die eliminator clash with St Helens.
And it is perhaps the strongest squad he is able to name aside from season-long absentees such as Lachlan Fitzgibbon (shoulder) and Leon Hayes (ankle) among others.
Burgess has made two key changes from the 21 he selected for the Round 27 win over London Broncos, one of which is the return of Paul Vaughan.
The Australian prop has completed a three-match suspension following his sending-off at Leigh Leopards last month and is again available for selection.
Centre Rodrick Tai is also back in the fold having missed last week's 54-0 win with an ankle sprain, while Joe Philbin is also left in the squad as he battles to recover from a calf injury.
Dropping out of this week's squad to accommodate Vaughan and Tai's returns. are youngsters Cai Taylor-Wray and Max Wood.
