Wolves PDRL head coach Mat Barber was pleased with his squadβs effort, seeing improvements from their last festival.
βI thought we turned up pretty well,β he said.
βWe were slow starters in the Wakefield festival but I told the boys we needed to turn up ready to play and to be fair they did. And we came off with two victories in the end.
βItβs always nice to be playing at home and the boys enjoyed it. If we can carry on not being slow starters over the next few festivals I think we can go alright towards the end of the year.β
