Milne had moved back to the Liverpool-based club on loan last month, scoring four goals in as many starts having hit the net three times in 11 appearances for Blues earlier in the season.
Last season, Milne scored in ties against Daisy Hill and Longridge Town on route to Wembley Stadium, where he started as Blues beat Binfield 3-2 to lift the trophy.
