WARRINGTON Rylands have seen their next fixture fall victim to the weather.

Blues were due to travel to Colne this evening for a Northern Premier League West Division fixture, but the game has now been postponed.

The pitch at Colne's Holt House home ground was subject to a 12pm inspection after heavy snowfall over the weekend followed by persistent rain.

The playing surface was found to be waterlogged and hence unplayable, so the game will now be rearranged.

Dave McNabb's side would have jumped to second in the table had they won the game this evening.

They return to action with a trip to Bootle on Saturday.
