BEST times were recorded by Warrington Athletics Club runners at Trafford Athletics Club's open meet.
Two runners hit top form in the 800m, with Stephen Broadhurst setting 1min 58.74secs and Heather Timmins producing 2mins 16.62secs.
Lawrence Walker recorded a personal best 4mins 5.68secs in the 1,500m, while Danny Cliffe ran a season's best 9mins 13.72secs in the 3,000m.
Veteran Steve Burthem was the club's only competitor in the Harrock Hill race at Bispham, finishing in 18th position overall in 35mins 8secs and fifth in the over 45s section.
Warrington's Liam Thompson was 25th across the line in 17mins in Sale Harriers' third Manchester Sizzler 5km road race at Wythenshawe Park, where Tony McCarthy was 92nd in 18mins 51secs and Fiona McGrath was 221st in 22mins 51secs.
Ben Green finished fourth in 1min 54.24secs in the previous weekend's 800m final of the Under 23s AAA Championships in Bedford.
