ORGANISERS have announced that kickboxing fans who turn up for Saturday’s fight night at the Parr Hall with a copy of this week’s Warrington Guardian under their arm will receive a 25 per cent discount on their entry ticket - a saving of £5.
The fifth event on the national amateur kickboxing circuit will be hosted by Warrington Kickboxing Studio, doubling up as the club’s fourth annual event to help raise funds towards Warrington Hospital’s children’s ward.
The main event runs from 7pm until 10pm and will feature several championship bouts.
Warrington's Paige Farrington, the current women’s British and Commonwealth champion, is scheduled to face Burcu Karakis of Turkey for the European bantamweight title but final confirmation for the athlete’s visa application will dictate whether the match-up goes ahead.
Those fans who are carrying a copy of the Warrington Guardian will be charged £15 for entry instead of £20.
