WILL the arrival of Matt Dufty hand Warrington Wolves a much-needed boost?

The full-back is expected to make his debut as The Wire travel to Huddersfield Giants tomorrow for the first of two consecutive away games against teams currently in Super League’s top four.

Dufty is expected to make his debut, but will there be any more changes to the side?

Our Wire reporter Matt Turner has a go at predicting the final 17 here…

THE biggest team news of the week from a Warrington perspective seems pretty cut and dried.

Matt Dufty had been expected to start the game and with Josh Thewlis dropping out of the 21-man squad altogether, the Australian will surely slot straight into the vacant full-back spot.

However, there are a few positions that are less clear.

Last week against Hull KR, Daryl Powell left out youngsters Connor Wrench and Matty Nicholson, much to the chagrin of many fans.

Instead, he went with the experience of Greg Minikin and Oliver Holmes on the right edge but it is fair to say the strategy backfired.

That said, will we see Holmes move to the middle in order to accommodate Nicholson’s return in the back row?

Jason Clark has done a handy job at loose forward, so I expect him to keep his place and in general, I’d wager at Powell going with an otherwise unchanged side.
