THIS weekend’s Warrington Wolves action does not stop following the first-team clash with Hull FC tonight.

After a few weeks off, the reserves and women’s teams are back in action while Sunday also features the second Academy Origin clash.

Saturday lunchtime sees Danny Evans’ reserve side back on home soil as they take on Hull KR at Victoria Park. Kick off is at 12noon.

It is possible Greg Minikin could feature as he continues to build towards a first-team debut following an ACL injury prior to joining the club.

Then on Sunday, the Wire women’s side head over the Pennines to Bradford Bulls as they look to continue their perfect start to the Betfred Women’s Super League season.

Lee Westwood’s side top Group Two having won their first three games, conceding just six points in the process. Kick off at Odsal is at 3pm.

Later on Sunday, nine Warrington youngsters are in contention to feature in the second game of the Academy Origin series.

Lancashire lead 1-0 having beaten Yorkshire in Game One last month and have a chance to seal the series at Salford’s AJ Bell Stadium. Kick off is at 5.30pm.
