IN the eyes of many, Warringtonian footballer Jesse Lingard was highly unfortunate to miss out on England's squad for Euro 2020.

However, the Longford lad was keen to show his support for those who did make it as the Three Lions opened their campaign today.

Like many others across the nation, the 28-year-old midfielder donned his England shirt and headed for the pub to watch today's game against Croatia...and he even had a companion.
