Warrington Athletics Club latest
ORLA Gregory smashed her personal best 1,500m time at her latest meeting at the weekend.
Running in the under 17s age group at Saturday’s British Milers Club meet in Manchester, the Warrington Athletics Club youngster finished second in her race.
However, her time of 4mins 38.91secs was a superb seven seconds quicker than her previous best time over the distance.
Clubmate Katie Lowery also ran in the under 23s age group having returned from studying at Edinburgh University.
She was just half a second shy of her personal best 1,500m time – she clocked 4mins 29.81secs which was good enough for seventh place in her race.
